Fitness Kickboxing is an amazing full-body workout which is also a fantastic stress reliever! Our fitness kickboxing classes are designed for all levels and ability – from those who work out regularly to those who are just starting out on their fitness journey. We aim to help you sweat and, more importantly, have fun in a welcoming environment.
ADULT OPEN MUAY THAI
Muay Thai – the art of eight limbs – combines the use of fists, elbows, knees and kicks in sport. Our program will help you gain coordination, strength, endurance and self-confidence in a safe and accepting environment. Our classes are for all levels and abilities – whether you are a looking to compete in the ring, or you have never put on a pair of boxing gloves before.
Our kids classes teach the basics of Muay Thai in a fun and inclusive atmosphere. Our aim is to build the kids' self-confidence, teach them new techniques and skills whilst reinforcing respect and the value of being a part of a team.
