Our philosophy is to bring the art of Muay Thai to our students in a friendly, inclusive environment. We are a family. Father and daughter Krus, Mike and Sarah Zientek, have put decades of dedication into Muay Thai and bringing it to our students. Whether you have never put on a pair of boxing gloves, or you are an experienced fighter, we will help you achieve your goals and support your ambition whilst ensuring that the environment is respectful and fun!
