Kru Sarah started Muay Thai at the age of 10. Having never been into team sports, Muay Thai was the perfect mix of team atmosphere, but with independence. She received her black belt from Ajarn Mike Miles and realized she wanted to fight, making her ring debut in 2016. Sarah’s ring career had 10 fights and was followed by representing Canada in Athens, Greece at the WKU World Championships, winning a silver medal in K1 and a bronze in kickboxing. After getting the opportunity to start teaching with her Dad, Kru Mike, several years after, Sarah discovered a new love of sharing her passion with others in both recreational and competitive classes.
